Specifications:

• The Colonial Barn is standard with 7′-9″ high walls, 10” overhangs and a 12/12 roof pitch
• Foundation: Pressure treated 4 x 4 skid runners
• Floor Joist: 2 x 4 – 12” on center pressure treated
• Flooring: 3/4” thick pressure treated flooring plywood (real plywood, not particle board)
• Walls: 2 x 4 – 16” on center
• Rafters: 2 x 6 – 16” on center notched with gussets
• Roof: Metal roof with bubble insulation
• Doors: 7′ wide double door, Diamond tread plate across door opening
• Transom windows in doors are standard in The American Heritage Series
• Windows: 2-24×36 aluminum windows with shutters
• Vents: Gable vents are standard. Ridge vents available for additional charge
• SECOND FLOOR: Floor joists: 2×8-16″ on center, 3/4″ T&G plywood, 30″ stairway with railing
• We use real plywood, No OSB or Particle Board is used on any of our buildings
