at 2372 Continental Blvd, Danville PA, which is 9 miles north of Danville along Route 54, between Washingtonville & Turbotville. Our display models are always open and you’re welcome to browse anytime including after hours.
Where to order: You can finalize your purchase in person at our office, or by phone or email. We will be happy to walk you through the many options we have on our lot, or show you pictures from the 1000’s of buildings we’ve built in the past. We can also give you
an itemized quote while you wait or email one to you.
Do I Need A Building Permit?
That depends on the building size and your location, but the answer is usually “yes.” It is your responsibility to contact your township regarding zoning or building permits, and ask about size or height restrictions and property line setbacks. If a permit is required, we can provide the drawings and information needed to apply for a permit, and our contractor license number or insurance information if needed.
What Are The Payment Terms & Options?
Pay in full on delivery: 35% down payment to start the building process; the remaining balance is due on delivery. You can give the delivery driver a check or call the office with your credit card number. We accept check, cash, or credit card.
Financing: We offer several financing options, some with $0 down. Credit check is required.
Rent-To-Own: Rent-to-own does not require a credit check. Money due at signing will be approximately 10% of the purchase price.
Delivery Time: If you choose one of our in stock models, we can deliver as soon as 1 or 2 weeks. If you place a new order there is a 6 to 10 week time period from the time you order until the delivery date, depending on the season and the building style.
